Saada Groupe has not appointed a data protection officer; for any question, write to the address above.

Data collected

This website only collects personal data when you use the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), subject and message, and the language of the page.

Your name, email address and message are required: without them, we cannot answer you. The other fields are optional.

As with any website, our hosting provider technically receives your IP address and the information sent by your browser on each visit. These logs are only used to serve and protect the website; we do not use them to identify you.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is only used to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising, and it is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling.

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63), and on the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect exchanges that have already taken place.

Recipients and hosting

Messages are received by the Saada Groupe team in its email inbox. They pass through our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, United States) and are then delivered by email by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), whose data is hosted in the European Union. If this delivery is temporarily unavailable, the message is kept by Netlify, which filters it for spam.

As Netlify's servers are located in the United States, your data is transferred outside Tunisia and the European Union. This transfer is governed by Netlify's data processing agreement, based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Messages are kept for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data and, where applicable, to erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. Requests are free of charge. We answer within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests; we will let you know if so. We will only ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubts.

You may also lodge a complaint with Tunisia's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP, www.inpdp.nat.tn) or, if you live in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

This website places no cookies on your device and uses no trackers, so no consent banner is needed. Fonts are hosted on the website itself; apart from our hosting provider, no third-party service is contacted during your visit. If audience measurement is enabled, it works without cookies and without data that could identify you.

Only the administration area, reserved for the team, uses a technical login cookie that is strictly necessary for it to work.
